@leafplaza.eu just presented an official complain. Also, setup a whole chain of official follow ups on this complain. We know our rights, no other European ATP project has been giving the advantage W Social received and that goes against Commission Decision (EU) 2024/3083 - Art. 4.

After ICO's adtech report back in 2019 I actually thought they would clean up the mess we're in. But it turned out the ICO was just as messy. 🙄

So I've been trying to understand the legal structure that W Social has to better understand the separation between W Identity and W Social, and it's quickly looking like it's all for show.
