One of the most interesting suburban developments in Edmonton imo. This site is entirely developed under Edmonton's standard low-rise apartment RM zone It isn't perfect, but it's a mixed use site in the middle of a neighbourhood with street-oriented commercial and residential (next to a school too)

Very cool to see Buena Vista and High Level switching off between weekends/holidays and weekdays High level is usually in the lead for commuters, but Buena Vista gets so many for leisure trips
