Rewatched the '54 Rear Window with the kids tonight. Originally a venue to discuss marriage through the lens of studio film making, the themes really easily mold to the modern ideas of parasocial relationships, "situationships", and social media.

Playing Expedition and so far the only decent emotional beat has been the first hour of the game. Everything else has fallen very very short and seems more in line with a melodramatic soap opera. The performances are good, but the writing is not, I don't get why everyone adores it.
