To put it another way, we shouldn't frame critiques of AI as a challenge for it to do more. We should frame it as already having done too much damage, and unethical in its very methodology

Respect to all the crafts people and artists nitpicking generative AI for its various visual continuity errors. But imo this is entirely the wrong way to critique AI. The goal isnt to point out its inaccuracies or lack of realism. The goal is to delegitimize the method entirely
