Day 1! Since my son's seizures began at 3 months old, I have completely neglected myself. Almost 9 years and 5 stone piled on and I have to admit I feel at my absolute lowest. Thankfully a new 24hr gym has just opened so I can exercise around caring, parenting, working, studying, etc. 🤞Fresh start!

Tomorrow I'll be stuck in a building with no WiFi or signal all day so we're going old school 😂 I find it so much easier to read hard copies than a screen though
