#autisticLife as an AuDD ground up thinker I’m definitely torn between the need for structure & the need for spontaneity! If I try to spice things up a little in the bedroom my ADD owns it but the Tism has to correct any untruths which is just hilarious! 🙄😂🙄

Things I do as a late discovered AuDD (Autistic, Dopamine Driven) human that just make sense. Trimming my own hair, Keeping my nails short, Stimming -even when it confuses onlookers, Not taking myself seriously, Being my true authentic self (I attract folks ready for me & repel those who are not)
