Watched I'LL BE SEEING YOU (1944). Starting the new year with challenges, this one my aversion to Ginger Rogers. She's in prison for what should have been self defense and Joseph Cotten is a soldier with PTSD. They meet and fall in love. I liked it, moving and tender, but still lukewarm on Rogers.

Watched LES DISTRACTIONS (1960), aka Trapped by Fear. In Kino Lorber's second French noir collection. Not really a noir, imo. Jean-Paul Belmondo tries to help friend Claude Brasseur after he's involved in a hit and run. Belmondo also woos the women. Doubt I'll remember a frame in a month.
