Every time I drink caffeine I'm like 'gods I fucking love caffeine'

forgot I had leftover curry rice & quinoa, and little guy is taking a looong nap, so I had rice for lunch instead of eggs 🫡 not 100% sure on the proportion of rice to quinoa but based on my guesswork in MFP it was around 333 Cals so I'm under my limit for lunch still!

cool beans, kiddo is down for his nap. hungry but tryin to hold off with more coffee lol, it helps that we have like. very limited groceries rn 😅 when little guy gets up I'll make us eggs 👌 no cheese in the house rn so I think I'll do over easy for me

alright I think this is the plan. sticking with my usual lunch and breakfast situation. just gotta stop snacking during the day and really start counting my dinner calories. if I make any substitutions for lunch I'll try to stay under 400 still! I think ~1k-1.2k is a good total limit for now
