i did p well at dinner yday, i got a little bit of everything i wanted to try & then stopped when i was full! i had dessert at home tho & ate more than i should've, but again, nothing crazy. aside from the meal, it was an awful day tbh, i fought w my dad & i don't think my aunt wanted us over.

GOOD MORNING!! i met a new friend the night of the ballet and she asked me to come to her yoga class today so i just finished up w that plus coffee and some food after!! i had such a nice time, i'm so glad i talked to her ^ ̫^ i boxed up most of the meal tbh

supplements in general are the majority of causes of vitamin & mineral overload or overdose be careful with supplements esp if you take multivitamins + other vitamins. if the bottle says over %100 of anything look up if that vitamin is dangerous to overload anything with 1000+% skip & get rid of

ah yeah the only ppl who really need electrolyte drinks are ppl who exercise a lot, have a physically demanding job, live somewhere hot, or have certain medical conditions most ppl get enough sodium (or even too much) through regular food
