I told Mom what I'd bring for Thanksgiving and she was so freaking excited about the pear and almond "thing" I make (kinda like an English pudding, I guess) so I picked up more pears to make a larger one. Ik Dad ate two servings of it last year, so it has the old folks' approval lol

I broke down and split a cookie w Beeb last night, and omfg the BLOATING this morning. It was a Bobo's pb&j round, and he loves them and wanted to share.

Beeb requested a tuna and avocado sammich for dinner. Lucky, because our AC broke, so there's no way in hell I'm using the stove. Also lucky because he's mid growth spurt and he needs all of that. I'm having more zucchini. I hope this ish is working before I have to bake a ton tomorrow.

I scored one of these for a buck at work today, and given how low my blood sugar was, and having watched so many yummy things being consumed, I let myself have it. Drenched in Crystal hot sauce, ofc. I was far too thrilled (my guts finally shut up 🥲)

I bought 12 lbs of sweet potatoes on Thursday and I'm almost out. I haven't even made my pie yet 😭😭😭 thank gawd they're 49¢/lb, I'm gonna head back and buy another 12 lbs (~5.5 kgs) because APPARENTLY my kid is eating them when I'm not looking.

Today is the Thanksgiving "luncheon" at work. The vegetarian QC guy and I are just gonna be sitting there because it was a choice of meat sammiches or meat salads. Fine with me, but damn. I'll play some games on my phone for an hour, it doesn't hurt my feelings.
