Love this podcast and both of its fine, fine hosts but loling at its declaration that 1990’s Knightmare coincided with “the early days” of bluescreen chromakey being used at the BBC. Barry Letts would like a word, guys

Loved this. Particularly the bit about Leap in the Dark, an odd series. There's an amazing ep in S3, In the Mind's Eye, about a hoax that created an urban legend . We meet people who know the legend - and the perpetrators who are clearly many pints down as they tell their tale.

I loved the first episode. In particular, I loved that you looked at who was making the programmes and the environment they were making them in. Can't wait for next week!

Rory, Rory, tell us a story! I'm glad you are covering this. I had an Animal Kwackers double album and was taken to see them live at St. George's Hall in Bradford. For years people told me it wasn't real and I'd made it up.

Lots of responses already from people who saw them gig. Have to say I managed to be totally unaware of Animal Kwackers till @gkw.bsky.social chose it for Ep 1 of @squarewindowpod.bsky.social. I am still processing my sense of deep unease about it. Have a listen when we launch next Wednesday..
