Minnesota police have to arrest the agent (or agents?) who committed a daylight murder on camera. Things will get worse fast if they don’t at least try and show some repercussions immediately.

Talk to people you know in Minnesota, read coverage from folks in Minnesota, demand your local papers publish accounts from people actually there. National press coverage is plug-and-play garbage that doesn't contend with the depth of abuse from ICE, or the depth of community response against it.
