THREAD. Having just written a book about this and talked to a LOT of Democrats, I can assure you that neither Cory Booker nor the policing industry he’s advertising think that more money for ICE “training” and tech would address any problem that any person of good will has with what ICE is doing.

Photo by Pierre Lavie. Yes this is me. And I threw my Leica. It landed on the bass plate with hardly a scratch. Another Photographer grabbed it along with my phone and I was able to track him later. I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.

Texas A&M decided to publicly cancel my Ethics class, and share a false statement that I declined to provide information, which made it impossible for [them ] to request an exemption. See for yourself, if this statement is true. They are getting creative!

This is 10th-grader Arnoldo Bazan. A citizen. Immigration agents grabbed him and put him in a chokehold. "We're from the United States bro!' he screamed. Agents took and sold his phone And when he finally got home hours later, his shirt was ripped, he neck had angry, red welts, and he sobbed.

It should be bigger news that masked agents were filmed hours ago removing potentially inculpatory evidence from the ICE shooter's house, clearly lacking evidence tags or chain of custody stickers. Before we have word on whether he underwent a toxicology screen at the hospital following the killing

Every second the murderer is not arrested is another second for feds to hide him in a place that would create a jurisdictional fight. He's on video killing a person. You have to arrest this guy an hour ago, but you might still have time now.

the video is out, there is no reason to not send local law enforcement to arrest the ice agent in question and yes i know they will refuse to hand them over and you treat that exactly how you would treat it under any other similar circumstance

Inter Miami is living of the inspiring story that if at first you don't succeed, and you are the league's chosen team, eventually they'll let you commit enough roster shenanigans that you win the Cup because of an early own goal in your favor.

Really hoping today's "theme" is not "daycare."

the most popular and widespread form of theft is wage theft from employers. the fact that your employer can call the police if you steal from them but you can't call the police if they steal your wages, should tell you almost everything you need to know about the police and their function in society
