I just priced my prescriptions on @mcuban.bsky.social costplusdrugs.com They’ll cost me LESS THAN half of what I’m currently paying WITH insurance at Walmart without insurance for a 90 day supply for 3 medications I take if I buy them on his site.

No. The details and path matter. This doesn’t require every provider to charge Medicare rates for everyone. They can still take commercial payers. Why? Because almost every hospital says they lose money at Medicare/caid rates. This pre-empts their ability to fight against it.

Because the government making you divest your assets to qualify for Medicaid is exactly what you spend your days fighting ?

To each, the healthcare they need, from each , an amount they can afford to pay Have taxpayers guarantee, at Medicare rates, any amount a patient can’t afford. Allow the patient to repay on a means tested basis. No insurance premiums. No copay’s or coinsurance.
