If you've been enjoying Nioh 3, you might also enjoy Wo Long and Rise of the Ronin! I loved them both and they are simpler than Nioh, but are both a great time. I think Wo Long might feel more similar to Nioh though it's strictly parry focused.

Guess who just beat an optional boss in Nioh 3 after being hard stuck on it for 2 hours! It’s me! And well, um….he dropped level 90-100 gear so I guess I did it 30 levels too early. I just thought he had a lot of health! Hahah well I can at least I can say I did it super under leveled.

Ran into my first tengu in Nioh 3. I knew they'd be back at some point, I was just emotionally preparing myself for when it happened.

DUUUUUUUDE!!! I just got to the end of the 2nd big crucible in Nioh 3 and holy fuck that boss was so fun! It was designed in such a smart way to encourage the player to swap between ninja and samurai. I loved learning to parry him and then swap to ninja when I needed extra dodge power.

Doing my best after a boss haha 0 heals like almost no HP. The game is definitely easier when it comes to like, normal enemies. But bosses still kick my ass and take several tries. I choked so many times vs this boss when I got him to low HP haha

Okay THIS is an "I'm going to wear this the whole game" fit. I still need to find a good look for samurai, but this ninja fit is so damn good.

Oh thank goodness. I had to stop playing for Nioh 3 not due to any problem I have with CV2, but because I just really love Nioh. But my big gripe with Code Vein 2 was the dodge so I'm delighted it should be improved by the time I can get back to t.

There's a lot of people that have died up here and I will pass on my sacred technique for not falling off ledges. Hold block and there's many ledges you can't fall off while holding it. You can fall off the top of the roof but not this tree.

I’m really enjoying how Nioh 3 does the “open field” gameplay. (Basically open world but broken up into smaller zones) While there are some big open areas, most of it feels more like a bunch of actual Nioh missions. It feels tighter designed than a lot of open world stuff.

Pleased to see the Nioh 3 full version is running great for me! Last night when I first started it I was having some weird stuttering but for some reason it resolved once I deleted the demo? haha It was either that or the game finally was done with shader stuff. Either way, runs perfect now!

Nioh 2 traumatized me with the snake ladies falling from ceilings so I'm always on the lookout if I'm in a cave in Nioh 3. If I see an area that looks suspiciously empty I pull out the bow and look for snake ladies.
