Okay so fuck this guy, tarnishing Guinness. It's great in a can, it's great in a bottle, I will drink one outside in 115 degree heat and love every sip. I'm fine with you being weird about Miller Lite, but don't you come for my bottle of Guinness!

Finished Dark Tower IV: Wizard and Glass and it was fine. I think the audiobook helped since it is mostly a story being told, but this seems like a book I would abandon if I had to read it. My friend said the next is better and that's all set to be my weekend audio while driving, so who knows.

I had two different recruiters reach out to me about positions with a third company. They provided me with different pay rates, different contract lengths, and one was hybrid while the other was on-site. But if you look at the job ID, it is exactly the same.

Alright we're talking food delivery controversies today and here is my thoughts as a gig driver, there are a lot of Mexican restaurants in Phoenix that are ghost kitchens for Mexican restaurants. I don't know what it means, but it exists

Today's Uber Eats deliveries saw me dropping off a cheque to a property manager, bringing flowers to an office that had two Jennifer's with no last name being given, and deliverying a car part to a dealership. Really stretching the definition of the word "eats"

As I was graduating college I got ordained in an online church and on five occasions I've been called on by friends to officiate weddings. I didn't always keep in touch with the parties, but I always keep them in my heart. Today, I learned one of the brides had died a few days ago.

I'm driving Uber Eats until I get a new AML job, and the best way to stay engaged is to get books on CD from the library and ripping them to a flash drive so I can listen to them without a need to change discs. This took a while since I did the wrong format originally and it's 22 discs long

These people entered my life for no other reason than they are not successful and have bad opinions. I do not wish for them to be in life. It's like if a billionaire sponsored a below average mime in Kentucky who did bad miming over someone half remembering Tucker Carlson segments

I miss the days of weird little desktop software toys, so I made this video about The Simpsons Screen Saver collection from 1994. My favorite is "Homer Eats," where Homer walks around your desktop eating icons. Watch here:

Honestly, reading stories about the leeway US soldiers were given while committing crimes and this is an understandable trend. The current admin has accelerated things, but it was going in this direction for a while

It's the 34th anniversary of the Westray Mining Disaster. 26 men were killed because of managerial negligence, government corruption, and ignorance of warnings. The Westray Law from 2004 made it so managers and owners would be held liable for workplace deaths. No jail time has been served.

For the third and final meal of the Fry's Korean BBQ shaved porked I added it to some custom seasoned ramen noodles and put on some bbq sauce and kewpie mayo. This $10 meal was so delicious and really stretched. Absolutely would get it again
