re: lrt: I, up close and personal, watched my mother become thoroughly addicted to opiates. It made my life hell. I wouldn't change it because from chronic illness she was in enough constant pain that nobody even noticed "all her bones are full of cancer." When they did I gave her fentanyl. Happily.

I got this armband that's supposed to make me stop exerting myself and I'm comparing it to when I would count steps. The steps I wanted more of (I mean I was extremely sick) and now I'm like oh good I haven't exerted myself too much today.

This BS has been a failed intervention since I first had it inflicted on me 40 years ago. Medical gaslighting by arrogant medics who can't deal with the fact they don't know what causes ME/CFS or how to cure it, so make it a mental illness that exercise will fix if we try hard enough. Grrrrr.😡👿😤🤬
