Tim Walz dropping out of the race for a third term is the direct result of Republican threats to kill his entire family after they had already murdered one of his state’s representative and her husband. — Anyone still believe both parties are the same?

Fortunately, we are currently healthy, so we took a calculated risk that our healthcare needs will be less than $36K in 2026. Many have chronic conditions and can’t take that risk. We are failing on healthcare in this country.

Hospital ERs will be crowded with people who can’t afford consistent care and wait until they’re in dire shape to get help. This at a time when many hospitals will end up closing their doors. Everyone knows that healthcare at the back end is exponentially more expensive than preventative care. 🤬

Insurance premiums doubled overnight for millions of Americans on January 1. Over half of ACA marketplace enrollees say they’d go without insurance if premiums double. I’m one of them. We canceled our policy. $3,000 a month isn’t health care. It’s a shakedown.

As of this week, millions of Americans are now paying thousands more for health insurance. If the President and Congressional GOP think Washington has the capacity to "run" Venezuela right now, why won't they fix the insurance cost crisis they've created here at home?

So Trump successfully bullied a good man and his family. Because winning over Harris Walz wasn’t enough. Trump wanted to destroy him. Walz is making the right decision for his family. But the success of Trump’s grotesque bullying campaign is yet another frightening step in our national descent.

Trump says we need to go after drug cartels. Meanwhile, he disbanded a DOJ task force that took them on. And he pardoned a former Honduran president convicted of drug trafficking. Trump doesn't care about drugs — he wants to be able to declare war on anyone he labels an enemy. It's a power grab.
