Their concern is only for suicides that could directly be linked to the ban - so those that immediately follow prohibitive change. They donât give a shit about those pushed to suicide 20 years later as a direct result of permanent physical changes caused now. Harder to prove a causal link you see

A double-blind study isnât just unethical itâs impossible. Puberty blockers are extremely effective for their primary function (suspending puberty). They want trials to study secondary (psychological) impacts but due to the effectiveness of primary function everyone would know who was on a placebo
