My Blood Glitters Like Rubies in the Thrumming Dark, 2025 This piece came to me while I was obsessively photographing pomegranates that had exploded like strange stars on their bare trees. Weird, exquisite jewels rotting on the branch. The world hands us peculiar beauty when we pay attention.
