Drove a truck up the highway through apocalyptic rain yesterday to collect the last of the steel from our late friend & colleague Richard’s workshop. Cut it all in half so it would fit, cut the rack for the same reason, loaded it up drove it back & unloaded it into the workshop rack.

Which puts me within 15kg of comfortably squatting & deadlifting my body weight & means I’m now lifting around 100kg over my body weight on the leg press. And so far I can still walk, although we’ll see what tomorrow brings…
