As I said months ago, I think institutions have to plan for just never getting federal funds. If Trump can arbitrarily cut off funds and place unacceptable conditions on the funds, that money is as good as gone (unless you want to be a collaborator with the Trump admin).

This is Texas fight! Spring ISD voted 6-0 *not* to approve a new restrictive library policy in response to SB13 after one trustee stood up for books, saying, “It’s telling parents what they can and can’t have access to. I have a fundamental issue with that, and so I can’t support it.”
