Also, people did not stop posting porn on tumblr after the ban. They stopped tagging. You can take fire and gasoline to a site and porn will still be there, now just out there without any protections that used to make it safe to navigate

This btw is what makes Tumblr such an obnoxious minefield btw. You can still see full-on porn on there, it's very much present, but tagging appropriately creates all kinds of stupid headaches and there is a dedicated wing of the userbase that is VERY big on snitching and dogpiling.

I wish people would understand this is not a Bluesky exclusive thing. Jumping ship to another site will not do anything and you will be in the same position again and again. Make your voice heard, don't just keep trying to run away from the problem.
