Found a bratwurst recipe which worked so well, I'm never doing anything else: Take your brats, poke them 3-4 times w/ a fork, put 'em in a cast-iron pan. Add a can of beer. Bake them at 375 for 15 minutes. Drain the beer. Put them under the broiler for 2-3 minutes a side. Easy, no mess, DELICIOUS.
