This Sandhill Crane colt still has the whitish egg tooth on the tip of the beak. They use this pointy bit to help break free from their egg shell. The egg tooth is temporary and will fall off within two weeks. Photo is heavily cropped.

Good news morning. Friend now is being told she can get a partial pace maker for a while before a full transplant. I got asked to do a paid pattern test (but need to double check measurements first.) And the check that the rebate people sent that was fucked up they said they would reissue it.
