As a veteran and former recruiter (Canada)… this is legit. My experiences within the arguably socialist construct of the military formed my politics. All humans should have access to healthcare, education, housing and food - and none of it should be for-profit.

Imaging how much time and stress UBI would free up for you. Now think about the people worse off and how much of a lifeline this would be for them. How would you spend that extra time and energy? With friends and family? Learning a new skill? Furthering your education? Relaxing? Staying healthy?
