It's a legitimate question & I don't mean to offer my own "this one thing", but I do want to point out that "fairly united party" is a clanger here. How Starmer "united" his party & what polls now tell you about a previous two party duopoly are glaring factors partially obscured by this phrasing.

I don't even expect you to take a side on it (especially not the BBC), but you should really mention how swinging right on trans rights, immigration and protest absolutely did him in amongst the socially liberal core of the modern Labour vote, which obviously helped bring him down

I think if your longform post-mortem of the Starmer Premiership completely omits any reference to his deeply illiberal turn (coughBBCcough) you've failed at your job and should follow his example by leaving it
