Does anyone else have clusters of events that seem to happen on/around the same dates? As in, a lot of my trauma-versaries/some significant memories are in the same week in November. Most happened in different years. I have a good memory for dates and it feels like such an odd coincidence.

I feel the same way about this as the "superpower" narrative - two sides of the same coin. There are parts that can be fun about my conditions, but others I wouldn't wish on anyone. I didn't choose this. I'm not empowered by it. I just try my best and hope its enough (from my perspective mostly)

Fully admit that when I got my first dx in '22 it felt very all consuming at the time as I was discovering this aspect of my life. People expect phrases like this to be empowering but they're not. I have limitations that others don't. They're not my personhood, but they influence it heavily.
