Someone said the shooter had a prior incident with ICE. I looked at Fox News dot com to see if they are calling a calling a peaceful gathering a riot yet, I found this: "DHS officials said that while working in the city last June, the agent had been dragged by a car in a separate incident."

Local news has now posted video from a neighbor's surveillance cam. It does appear like the officer may have been pushed aside slightly by the bumper as the victim turned to leave. Again, seems clear from the video that there was no deliberate attempt to run anyone down.
