Had the opportunity to photograph D’Angelo the last time he was in Portland. I am beyond devastated.

This is so sad. D’Angelo was a legend in every sense. His music carried spirit, depth, and truth. You could feel his soul in every note. A true artist, one of a kind. My heart goes out to his son, losing both parents within months of each other.
