Meine Therapeutin meint, ich muss unbedingt für mehr Schlaf sorgen. Medikamentös, weil alles andere ausgeschöpft. Probleme: a)ich reagiere extrem auf alle Sedativa, auch wo niemand Überhang am nächsten Tag hat, bin ich Matsch b)von allem, was wie Antidepressiva wirkt, eskaliert die Migräne Ideen?

Book thread for 2025! English books are in English, German in German because I'm never sure if they have a translation. It might just be covers this year because the Kindle app now makes it harder to find the summary of you own the book already. Maybe shorter posts too.
