For anyone reading my little escapade on rehabilitation and sexual violence I am actually for rehabilitative justice I am also really jaded by seeing it wielded in bad faith and used as a cudgel against victims.

Also on my bugbear with rehabilitative justice is that it's always used as another thing you can tell a victim of something usually rape to shut up. "oh they raped you? Well what would you want done with them should we just kill them lock them up?"

Actually I think "false reports of rape in statistics is rare so I don't care about it" is a good counter to the question of something being a false allegation being brought up. Because like what if it is in this case
