I thank Director Alarcon for her work with NDOT. I regularly disagreed with decisions and priorities but I acknowledge the weight and challenges of leading a DOT both as far behind and expansive as Nashville. Ultimately, I always want our leadership to bring Nashville to the greatness it deserves.
