There is a plan to build a concrete protected cycle track(two-way bike lane) right here. If anything, the concrete curb design should be beefed up to include Jersey Barrier-like protection here & maybe other areas in the design. Also we should get off our keisters as a city & build the thing!

Clean and safe must also mean blowing up our libraries and not paying for it. Their money should go to cleaning up the library garage including Tom Turner absurd 550k salary.
