Je m’engage à ce qu’à l’horizon 2030, nous mettions fin à l’itinérance chez les jeunes à Ottawa. Près de la moitié des adultes en situation d’itinérance ont connu l’itinérance pour la première fois avant l’âge de 16 ans. C’est pourquoi la prévention et la réorientation sont essentielles.
