AOC: We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was. A man who believed that the civil rights act that granted black Americans the right to vote was a mistake… His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant, uneducated, and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans.

While everyone’s consumed with what’s happening in DC, I’m doing a really wonderful story on volunteers doing a service project at a school for MLK day. I’ll post it after it airs at 6pm, it’s like a timeline cleanse 👏🏻

Cam Ward would be lucky to be as good as Tua. I think we as a fanbase continue to think there are 20 QB’s better than him when in reality it’s probably closer to 3

Blackouts are dumb, but they definitely should not extend to those more than an hour away from the arena. They can’t complain about ratings after making it nearly impossible to watch.

It's wild (& very sad) how ESPN has basically given up on the idea of fostering & shaping storylines about the teams & players in the NBA. As Stephen A basically admits here, all they do anymore is try to monetize what's already popular until it just sucks to consume for fans.

I just think it’s not coincidental that the ratings started to fall once ESPN put SAS, Wilbon, & Bill Simmons at the center of their coverage & then they made it worse by making woj the nba program director & it’s never recovered. Even tnt, it’s funny but they’re not telling you they love it either.

The way sports were presented to us was so much different back in the day. “Inside Stuff”, “Greatest Games” and even just Sportscenter showing highlights of every game used to celebrate the players instead of the talking heads we get every day now

I definitely think so. It all just depends who they hire. Jamal Crawford is great, and if they keep D-Wade from the Olympics, we might really have something

I really don’t think the NBA’s ratings issues are on the court. I have to have 2 streaming services (Max and ESPN) + League Pass to catch games, AND I can’t watch the Mavs, who are local. Then you get to the game, and the presentation stinks
