INT 902-B, also known as the “Community Opportunity to Purchase Act,” sponsored by @cmsandynurse.bsky.social, would give qualified nonprofits a first chance to purchase certain multifamily buildings when an owner plans to sell, helping preserve affordable housing before it hits the market.
