Kennedy v. Braidwood upheld the constitutionality of the USPSTF. The DOJ was created to increase the capacity for federal prosecutions during Reconstruction esp. those to be brought under the newly enacted KuKlux Klan Act. Now the DOJ is being used to prosecute a storied civil rights organization whose central mission has been to expose & dismantle the Klan.

The President of the United States is threatening to commit war crimes and wipe out a "whole civilization" — all because he started a disastrous war of his own making and had no plan and no strategy for how to end it. This is abhorrent, and the American people do not support this.

"Some people would need to come out in order to vote" is an additional SAVE Act consequence that I've not seen explored as to same-sex couples. (I've seen discussion about that as to trans people, given increasing restrictions on birth certificate and ID changes.)
