The actor William Campbell (who plays the Klingon Koloth from TOS through to DS9 [S02E19 "Blood Oath" specifically) really sounds rather remarkably like Paul Eiding, the voice actor who plays Colonel Roy Campbell in the Metal Gear Solid series (English dub). Interesting coincidence!

The Krasue in Abiotic Factor has been bizarrely lacking in hunger for my soul, such that I've only ever been able to harvest it maybe once or twice, and never at all have I been able to put it into the corner of my base reserved for horrible children that I dislike but nevertheless need.

Idly watching some Game Center CX, and Arino has taken a camera crew to a park in Vietnam where a woman forces him to try to whirl a hoop of giant, wooden(?) beads around like a hula hoop. The challenge is formidable, but mainly it requires good direction and maintenance of force and trajectory.

Finally went out and saw Mr. Spaghetti today. He was happy to see me. He got a thorough brushing and in general we enjoyed some soft times. Even in the dead of Winter, Mr. Spaghetti is just pleased to see friends. He is a jolly little cat man.

Today I had some hot & sour soup. It went down okay but the texture seemed off. Still sick in any case. This leaves me in a state of perpetual exhaustion.

Spent a less-than-graceful 10 minutes in bed this morning just tactically outgassing so I'd uncramp enough to be able to actually get up and out of bed. Wasn't no pooty poot either. It was big, loud, long horrible farts that Spire should probably be paying me for. However, I think that's progress.

How I hang on to life in the face of this adversity I'm not quite sure but I'm here to tell you: rough living. If there's a GI thing going around: don't get it.

Against all odds the ghost plant is alive! I didn't expect that but I just noticed that it has these weird leaves on it now. They have a strange texture to them. Almost no wax to the leaves, deep but dark green coloration. Almost a seemingly velvety, pleathery-y texture of all things(?).

Yesterday I summoned the devil into my colon. Periodically I am besieged by demons.They tell me to burp out a boiling hot waft of heavy whipping cream every couple of hours. Naturally, I am told this as if I have a choice in the matter. It's a bad one. Yeurgh!

Had a magnificent idea for a wall of 4x4 large boxes in ABF. Turns out that the dang freakazoid birds hanging from the ceiling as apparently map brushes block one from achieving the desired height. The collision maps with the bird sculptures are precarious to say the least and you can't yank these.

This seems to be a first-person puzzle game about trying to avenge yourself upon someone who put all your clean laundry on the floor. The art style is largely clay-ish, but in a sort of a PBR kind of way, and it works(?).

For some reason I find myself rewatching No-Guns Life. This part in the first S01 ED song sounds like the lyrics, "lickable bible." What the Hell kinda concept does that convey?

The other night I became the locus for a confrontation. Orange dude came by wanting food but Max made a big impression of fending off this interloper by munching every food pile I made. He never made a noise but he kinda put himself straight between me and the orange guy at all moments.

Tonight I see if my N64 gift is a good one or a dud. I'm nervous! :X

Caught up a bit with ABF. I beat the game on a multi-person account but now I'm back grinding on my solo playthrough. Just gonna take it real slow and progress furtively.

My toilet seat? Repaired! Thank god. They used new nylon screws though so it'll break eventually. Oh well, maybe I won't live here by then.

I've popped into ABF because there is now a very small, snowy, Christmas-y-ish anteverse as of the last patch. Also seeing a bunch of other nice things that have been invented since I started playing the game. The ammo bench is a miracle! Or it would be. Having to spend carbon to make powder? Tough

Watching a playthrough of a very interesting game. The game is a certain Bustle involving Cookie the bear. Really something else to see it in motion. It's a swell and delightful little game, but with sinister undertones. It's really something else.

Oh hey. I can see my calendar and notifications on all three of my monitors on Windows 11 now. Glad Microsoft rectified that discrepancy. Correcting that regression has improved my life ever so slightly because now I can easily tell what day of the week it is.

Subject of drawing hands came out so I dug up an old sketch. Actually found a few sketchbooks earlier while looking for a piece of paper so I might have to take a few photos, see if I can rekindle some ember of passion for drawing within the otherwise cold, dead kiln of my soul.

If I can get a good photo of Mr. Spaghetti I'm gonna turn that dude into an emote for my dumbass Twitch channel. Just need to capture some sort of visible facial emotion with him. No mean feat though. Dude has a resolute poker face except under one circumstance: tummy rubs. Hard to take a photo tho.
