i watched the conjuring last rites and was really disappointed by it. had some cool visuals but all around pretty lackluster, esp for a final film. the conjuring 2 still remains my favorite of the franchise.

For me one of the hardest parts of real world trauma & addiction recovery has been managing the anger at myself for not "getting my sh*t together" sooner. Getting up in your head about all the years you "wasted" is a recovery sabotaging trap. Don't bite. Grace over guilt.
