Planning can be complicated with many terms, rules and jargon that most people do not understand. New guidance from Planning Aid for London helps people to better understand the role of planning and how they can get involved.

WHY DO ALL THESE HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES WANT TO BE CONNECTED TO THE BLOODY INTERNET? Our landlady installed light switches that don't work properly unless you use them in conjunction with an app. I don't want a fucking app for light switches. I just want to switch a light on and off, using a switch.

Jaw-dropping. Has he read the Inquiry Report? And how does fewer planners help. In many councils lack of resource a key factor in planning delays. If regulation is "always the wrong answer" maybe (for example) we should just let anyone call themselves a doctor and treat patients?
