An update on how the City of Vancouver provides real-time text updates and information about its council meetings. Currently, the only way you can get that information is by having an account on X, the very fun website that everyone loves. Yesterday, they passed a motion to explore alternatives.

Honestly, the bike ride to drop the kids at school/daycare wasn't that cold! A sign I've mostly figured out the winter cycling outfit. Only minor issues are my eyes and ears, which I suppose could be solved by switching to a balaclava and getting ski goggles.

Good morning from Humber College! My father was on the opening day TTC subway in 1954 I was on the opening day of Line 3 in 1985 My 7YO is on the opening day of Line 6 Finch West today. And all 3 of us are going for a ride!

The Finch LRT is built to provide a fast, comfortable link in the northwest suburbs of Toronto. It's being operated like it's a children's fairground ride.
