I was recently asked by a school nurse which approach to take w a teenager who keeps using 7-OH. Boundary-testing is a normal part of adolescence. But persistent use? Look at the home. Stop thinking punishment. Start thinking “what’s happening to drive a 15 year-old child to constant escape?”
