Middle of the night sick in my sleep. Woke up but wasn't fast enough. So cleaning at 1am. Then a shower. Then fitful sleep. Astro woke me at 6am for potty. Skinned the top of my pinky toe on the door, so had to clean and bandage that and throw some socks on. Then sick again. Slept til 730. Resting.

I am OK that there's been no response to this. I am not followed by anyone with much money to help and I'm not savvy on how to get things out there. Turned my stress around doing physical work to get out of my head and get some wins. Cleaned the garage and took out the cardboard I broke down for recycling. Dishwasher empty/reload/run. Scrubbed the countertops sparkling so we can sanitary food prep again. I might actually cook tonight. 🫡

I spent some time outside in the cold because sunlight helps emotional regulation and is in moderation good for you. Now I am eating warm potato soup. I am gonna watch a little TV and then see if I have motivation to do some cleaning. A few little wins help when I'm feeling shitty.
