Ellis is finally wrapping up for the night. The parties will meet one last time tomorrow at 10:30 am to get the finalized restraining order entered. Ellis proposes Oct. 23 as a "placeholder" date for the injunction hearing, with the caveat that it can be adjusted if need be.
