Last night's viewing, and a big favourite in our house. There aren't too many movies I'd describe as "near perfect", but this is one of them. Tremendous soundtrack too, ending on the kind of payoff only Walter Matthau could deliver.

Not the first scouse emcee I've heard in recent years, but definitely the most impressive. Often this kind of flow can sound forced or unnatural, as if the emcee is just trend-hopping while they find their own voice, but this works as effectively, and in the same way, as any US regional rap style.

(Meanwhile, over at FOX News, Brian Kilmeade STILL has his job, after actively calling for the state-sponsored murder of unhoused people on live TV)
