after almost a month of no real drawing and a huge life changing move with my partner…. i’m starting to remember how to draw 🫡

One thing I count as a blessing is that, should I resume comic production this week, it will be in part because it’s a source of comfort. It's a story I want to tell with characters I love. I sometimes lose sight of that. As with everything, it has its own difficulties and frustrations.

I am a rare beast that can look critically at things I like and still like them.

At approximately 4am, the 3rd of January 2024, my grandmother, Marlene Muller, passed away. I'm told she passed as peacefully as possible in her sleep. I was also fortunate to be able to go down and say my goodbyes on New Years Day.
