Using AI as a writer or artist, then having the lack of wherewithal to admit it, is like driving to the finish line of a marathon and boasting about your time. Then, acting like a clueless asshole when called out. Because AI atrophied their brain, just like they didn’t train for the marathon.

Great thread, and a great addition to the post it was quoting as well. AI is a plague. Grunt work (with *any* skill, not just programming) is incredibly important to building a foundation, even if it's a slog.
