Watching "The Carpenter's Son," on Tubi, which I was very excited about last year but unable to see. For those who don't know, this is a horror movie starring Nicolas Cage and based on "The Infancy Gospel of Thomas," a Gnostic text from the second or so century. Yes, a horror movie. About Jesus.

Me and my best friend came up with this last night. It was the conclusion of what I'm calling, "The Theory of Political Carcinization," which states that the longer any political party remains in power the more conservative it becomes.

Conservatives are crabs. 1. They can't move forwards, only backwards and sideways. 2. They have a hard outer shell but a soft inside. 3. They're very fighty but hilariously overestimate their chances of victory.
