What was the UK for Freud was the US for many of his colleagues. Today in Vienna I look outside the window of my office onto a statue of Freud, in a city that is actively seeking to welcome scholars who are not welcome any more in the US due to their views or ethnicity. What a time.

Recent example: Paper claims (even in the title) to use 'SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) analysis' to 'assess individual score contributions' on prediction. Does not cite a methods paper, but just another clinical paper that uses it. Said paper also does not cite methods paper... 1/n
